If something isn’t right, or the item just isn’t for you, contact us and we’ll refund you. Your trust matters to us more than a single sale.

How to return an item

Within 14 days of receiving your order, email [email protected] or message us on Instagram or Facebook. Tell us your order number and what’s wrong. We’ll arrange the return and the refund.

Condition

Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition so we can resell them. Faulty or incorrect items are always our responsibility — return shipping is on us in that case.

Refunds

Refunds are sent back the same way you paid, as soon as we receive the returned item (or straight away for a faulty/incorrect item). Under Georgian consumer law you have the right to return goods within the statutory period — this policy meets or exceeds it.
