Fighters.ge delivers within Georgia to the areas and by the methods actually shown at checkout. The applicable charge and estimated period are displayed before the order request. Free delivery over GEL 100 applies only where that offer is displayed for the customer’s address and order; otherwise the checkout price controls.
Orders paid by 15:00 on a business day are normally prepared that day; later payments are normally prepared the next business day. Any delivery timeframes shown elsewhere on the site are indicative estimates stated in business days; the order confirmation states the estimate that applies to your order.
Provide a complete address and reachable phone number. Contact [email protected] promptly to request correction; a change after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
If Fighters.ge becomes aware of material delay, it will provide updated information. Where delivery is not made at the agreed time, the customer may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and exercise further statutory remedies. If no period is agreed, delivery occurs within the period required by Georgian law.
Risk passes when the customer or a nominated person other than the carrier physically receives the goods. Inspect the parcel where practical. Photographs of visible damage help investigation, but prompt notice is not a condition that removes statutory rights.
