Terms of Sale

Effective date: 22 September 2026

1. Who we are

“Fighters.ge”, “we”, “us” and “trader” mean Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Umantsev, trading as Fighters.ge, identification number 306210310, registered address Mirian Mepe St. 13b, Tbilisi, Georgia, email [email protected], telephone +995 599 744 184, operator of fighters.ge.

2. Scope

These Terms govern consumer purchases through fighters.ge. Product information, selected size/variant, final price, delivery charge and estimate shown before ordering, together with the Shipping, Returns and Privacy pages, form part of the pre-contract information. Mandatory rights under Georgian law prevail over inconsistent wording.

3. Products, sizing and prices

Each product page states the main characteristics, fibre composition, colour, available sizes, fit, care information and price. Images and screens may reproduce colour differently. Size recommendations are guidance; customers should use the stated measurements and method.

“Designed in Georgia” describes design and does not by itself mean the garment was manufactured in Georgia. Any manufacturing-origin claim will be stated accurately.

Prices are in GEL and include applicable taxes. Delivery and other mandatory charges are shown before submission. Availability, including the selected size, is subject to confirmation.

4. Order and contract formation

The customer selects a product and size, reviews and corrects the cart, enters guest-checkout contact and delivery information, selects an available delivery method, reviews the final total, accepts these Terms and submits an order request. Fighters.ge immediately acknowledges receipt electronically.

Fighters.ge then confirms availability and sends bank-transfer instructions or a secure payment request, normally through Bank of Georgia. The order request itself does not create an obligation to pay. A binding sales contract is formed when Fighters.ge receives successful payment and sends acceptance/order confirmation in a durable form, unless the payment request clearly establishes another lawful acceptance mechanism.

The contract is available in Georgian and English. The customer may save these Terms and the confirmation. Guest checkout does not provide permanent account access to a stored contract.

If payment is received but the order cannot be accepted, Fighters.ge will notify the customer and refund it without undue delay.

5. Payment

fighters.ge does not contain a card-entry form and Fighters.ge does not receive or store a full card number, expiry date or security code. With a bank-hosted link, credentials are entered directly with the bank/payment provider under its own terms and notice. Fighters.ge receives only transaction information needed for the order, such as amount, date, reference and payment status.

No payment-instrument fee higher than Fighters.ge’s own cost will be charged and no additional payment will be added without express agreement. Approved refunds use the original method/account unless otherwise agreed, without a Fighters.ge refund fee.

6. Delivery, withdrawal and conformity

The Shipping and Returns pages form part of these Terms. Risk passes when the customer or a nominated person other than the carrier physically receives the goods. The 14-day withdrawal right and remedies for non-conforming goods apply as described there. A care label, packaging request or commercial promise does not restrict mandatory rights.

7. Team and personalised orders

A standard stocked item or standard size is not personalised. Before accepting a genuine made-to-measure, printed-name, custom-logo or team order, Fighters.ge will clearly identify the custom specifications, price, delivery estimate and the applicable statutory withdrawal exclusion. Rights concerning defects or non-conformity remain unaffected.

8. Complaints, law and disputes

Send complaints to [email protected] or call +995 599 744 184. Include the order number and requested outcome. Contacting Fighters.ge first does not remove the right to approach the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency, another competent authority, mediation or a court. Georgian law governs without limiting mandatory protection.

9. Website use and changes

Use the site lawfully and do not attempt unauthorised access or introduce harmful code. Site text, photography, designs and branding belong to Fighters.ge or their licensors. Personal browsing and purchasing are permitted; commercial reuse requires permission.

The version presented when an order is submitted governs that order unless lawfully agreed otherwise. The current effective date appears above.
