Fighters.ge offers guest checkout and does not receive or store full payment-card details. It processes limited information necessary to operate the site and fulfil orders.
Data, purpose and ground
- Name, email, phone, delivery address, cart, selected apparel/size and order: answer enquiries, take requested pre-contract steps, conclude and fulfil the contract, arrange payment, delivery, returns and support.
- Payment amount, date, reference and status: reconcile payment, refund, meet legal/contractual duties and prevent fraud. Full credentials stay with the bank/payment provider.
- Invoice, order, payment and refund records: accounting, tax, audit and other legal obligations.
- Correspondence, return and claim information, including voluntarily supplied product photographs: support and establishing, exercising or defending claims.
- IP, device/browser and security logs: deliver and secure the site, diagnose faults and prevent abuse, based on necessity and proportionate legitimate interests.
- Essential cookies: cart/session and requested language.
- Optional attribution/analytics: consent where enabled.
Required checkout information is necessary to handle the order; optional fields are marked. Fighters.ge does not sell personal data.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Necessary information may be shared with the applicable Georgian bank/payment provider, courier/logistics provider, hosting and IT/security suppliers, WooCommerce/WordPress-related processors where applicable, optional analytics providers after consent, professional advisers and public authorities where lawfully required.
For processing outside Georgia, Fighters.ge will use a transfer basis and safeguards required by Georgian law.
- Accounting, order, payment and refund records: six years after the relevant accounting period, or longer only where law or an unresolved claim requires.
- Unpaid/unsuccessful order requests: 90 days unless required longer for fraud, dispute or law.
- Routine support correspondence: two years after closure; disputes until final resolution and expiry of the claim period.
- Security logs: up to 12 months unless an incident requires longer evidence preservation.
- Cookies/analytics: the period in the Cookie Policy and provider controls.
Data is then erased, destroyed or irreversibly anonymised.
Rights
Subject to Georgian law, a person may request processing information, access/copy, correction, updating/completion, termination, erasure/destruction, blocking, portability where applicable, withdrawal of consent and applicable automated-decision rights. Fighters.ge will act within statutory periods, normally no later than ten working days for access/copy, correction and erasure-related requests, subject to lawful extension or restriction.
Send requests to [email protected]. Proportionate identity verification may be requested. A person may complain to the State Audit Office of Georgia in its data-protection supervisory capacity or a court.
Checkout data will not be used for direct marketing without separate prior consent. If marketing is introduced, every message will identify the sender and provide simple free withdrawal, implemented as soon as reasonably possible and no later than seven working days.
Fighters.ge uses proportionate technical and organisational safeguards. This notice will be updated when actual processing, providers or law changes.
