1. Fourteen-day withdrawal
Except where a statutory exclusion applies, a consumer may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after the consumer or a nominated person other than the carrier receives the goods. For an order delivered in parts, the period starts on receipt of the last part.
Send an unambiguous statement or the form below to [email protected] before the deadline. Fighters.ge will acknowledge an electronic notice in a durable form. The consumer bears the burden of showing timely notice.
2. Trying on and condition
Apparel may be inspected and tried on only as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, size and fit, in the same way it could be examined in a shop. Training in, prolonged wearing, washing, alteration, staining, damage, or return with sweat, odour, cosmetics, deodorant, hair or other contamination may reduce value. The consumer may be responsible for the proven diminished value caused by handling beyond reasonable inspection.
Tags and original packaging help verify and protect the product but are not by themselves an absolute condition of the statutory right. A rash guard, T-shirt or shorts is not automatically excluded merely because it touches the body.
After notice, return the goods without undue delay and no later than 7 calendar days, unless Fighters.ge offers collection. For change of mind, the consumer bears the direct return cost.
3. Refund
Fighters.ge reimburses payments for the returned goods and, where applicable, its least expensive standard outbound delivery charge, without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the withdrawal notice. It may withhold reimbursement until it receives the goods or evidence they were sent, whichever occurs first, unless it offered collection. Extra outbound cost above the least expensive standard option is not reimbursed. The original payment method is used unless otherwise agreed, without a Fighters.ge refund fee.
4. Exclusions
An exclusion applies only when its statutory conditions are met. A genuine made-to-measure, printed-name, custom-logo or customer-specific team product may be excluded as personalised. Choosing a standard size or colour does not by itself make an item personalised.
An appropriately sealed item genuinely unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be excluded after unsealing. Ordinary unsealed rash guards, shorts and T-shirts must not be placed automatically in this exception. Any future underwear, mouthguard, groin protector or similar product must be assessed individually and the exclusion disclosed before purchase.
No change-of-mind exclusion removes rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
5. Defective or non-conforming goods
Statutory remedies are separate from withdrawal. Free repair or replacement has priority unless impossible or disproportionately costly. Where legal conditions are met, the customer may obtain a price reduction or withdraw from the contract. A free remedy includes necessary postage, labour and material costs and must occur within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience.
Rights may be exercised for a defect detected within two years after delivery. For a defect detected within six months, the statutory presumption and burden-of-proof rule applies where compatible with the product and defect; after six months the consumer generally bears the statutory burden.
Normal wear or damage caused solely by misuse, incorrect washing contrary to accurate care instructions, unauthorised alteration or accident is not an inherent non-conformity. This does not excuse inaccurate care information, weak stitching, faulty printing or other defects existing at delivery.
