The term martial arts refers to all of the various systems of training for combat that have been arranged or systematized.


Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport combines different fighting styles that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, from various martial arts.


Grappling is usually associated with ground fighting. This type of fighting includes not just the art of grappling, but also the use of submission holds, chokes and joint locks.

Brazilian Jiu jitsu

Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art, combat sport that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting, it contains stand-up technique, but it is most famous for its ground fighting techniques.

Kickboxing and Muay Thai

Kickboxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, Kickboxing is practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or as a contact sport.


Sanshou, Sanda, Chinese boxing, Chinese kickboxing, is a Chinese self-defense system and combat sport.


Kudo has its origins in Kakuto Karate, its a mixed Budo sport comprising full contact punches, kicks, throwings, and submission techniques on the ground.


Judo is a dynamic combat sport that was created in Japan, in 1882, by Jigoro Kano. Its demands both physical prowess and mental discipline , generally categorized as a modern martial art which later evolved into a Olympic sport.
